Financial Aid: The Lewitzky dance company also has received $46,000 from the American Dance Touring initiative to support activity for the 1993-94 season. . . . And three dance organizations will receive $7,500 each as winners of the second annual Nora Kaye Awards for Dance. They are the Boston Ballet, Career Transition for Dancers, New York, and Feld Ballet New York/Original Ballets Foundation. The awards are named after the late ballerina who was married to filmmaker Herbert Ross.
