Where There’s a Will: New York City Mayor David Dinkins is Broadway bound. He’ll make a guest appearance in the Broadway musical “The Will Rogers Follies” on Saturday, and he plans to donate his union-scale fee of about $200 to an AIDS organization. As flier Wiley Post, Dinkins will deliver the line, “Let’s go flying, Will” five times during the show. Rogers and Post died together in a plane crash in 1935.
