VENTURA : Some Residents Asked to Boil Water
A water main broke at the north end of Ventura’s Kalorama Street Friday afternoon, and officials warned neighborhood residents to boil water before drinking it to avoid contamination.
Carol Green, city spokeswoman, said she did not know how many people have been affected by the break, which occurred north of Tioga Drive.
The area affected is Kalorama Street north of Tioga Drive, and residences on Vallecito Drive, Windingway Drive, Mont Blanc Drive, Khyber Drive, Casmalia Lane and Caliente Lane, she said.
