A Model Program: Artist Hiro Yamagata’s Yamagata Foundation has donated $50,000 to create a model arts curriculum and educational program for inner-city children. The project will be administered through the Hollywood Policy Center and will be part of the programs run by the Drew Child Development Center, a non-governmental provider of children’s services in Watts and South-Central Los Angeles.
