Award Winners: C-SPAN’s “comprehensive coverage†of the presidential election has earned it this year’s Golden CableACE award from the National Academy of Cable Programming, the group’s highest honor. Geraldine Laybourne, president of Nickelodeon/Nick at Nite, gets the governor’s award, and the creators award goes to Bravo. The honors will be handed out Jan. 17 at the 14th annual CableACE Awards.
