Former major league baseball player and Dodger executive George (Tuck) Stainback died Sunday in a Camarillo hospital as the result of a stroke at 81. Stainback played for seven major league teams, including the Brooklyn Dodgers, before developing Dodger group ticket sales over a 20-year career.
