It’s a Wonderful Street: Jimmy Stewart’s hometown of Indiana, Pa., has renamed the street where the actor grew up to honor his contribution to the town’s “wonderful life.” Part of Seventh Street will now be called Jimmy Stewart Boulevard “as a token of our appreciation for all that Stewart has done in remembering his hometown,” said a proclamation signed by the mayor. Stewart, 84, did not attend the ceremony, but sent word that he was happy and humbled to be honored.
