‘Top 40’ Travels: Casey Kasem’s weekly radio countdown show, “Casey’s Top 40,†is a new Russian staple. It went on the air in Moscow over the weekend on Radio Maximum 103.7 FM, the country’s first Russian-American radio station. The show will air on Sundays.
