San Diego : Carjackers Rob a Deaf Man

A deaf man was a carjacking victim Saturday morning when two men, aged 16 or 17, took his car at gunpoint at the corner of 38th and Market streets in downtown San Diego.
Police said the youths, wearing bandannas, took the man’s 1984 burgundy Volkswagen Rabbit in front of Mr. D’s Liquor in the 4100 block of Market. It was last seen heading east on Market toward Euclid street. The license plate is CA 2ZGJ291.
