‘Timeless’ Lingers On
Michael Bolton’s “Timeless†continues to reap the benefits of the exposure from his TV special a few weeks ago, holding down the third spot on The Times’ Southern California pop album chart.
Sade’s “Love Deluxe,†which has done much better than expected considering her four-year hiatus, tops both the local pop and the R&B; charts.
Whitney Houston’s single “I Will Always Love You,†from the soundtrack of her first movie, “The Bodyguard,†is a smash hit, zooming to No. 2 and looking like a shoo-in for No. 1.
