AID Chief Steps Down to Head Action International

WASHINGTON — Ronald W. Roskens, administrator of the Agency for International Development, announced Wednesday that he is resigning to become president of Action International. The new organization is designed to promote the efforts of a group of 35 former heads of state who work for positive change on the international scene.
