BE OUR GUEST: Some restaurant owners in Orange would like to see the city’s major hotels do a bit more to encourage their guests to try the local eateries. The city’s Chamber of Commerce has decided to help out. . . . On Monday, the concierges from six of the city’s major hotels--such as the Doubletree and the Hilton Suites--will dine at four restaurants that belong to the chamber. “People tend to refer what they know,†explains the chamber’s Brent Hunter. “It’s a kind of mutual benefit program.â€
