HOME AT LAST: When Los Angeles architects with Parkinson Field Associates were asked to plan an addition to the Old Orange County Courthouse, they borrowed the original pen-on-linen drawings. That was 71 years ago--and the drawings had been missing since. The addition was scrapped, but the drawings, drafted at the turn of the century, have finally surfaced--they were filed away in the firm’s archives. . . . They’ll be turned back over to the county today at dedication ceremonies for the Old Courthouse’s restoration.
