YOUTHFUL LOOK: UC Irvine Extension’s arts and humanities department is trying to get community leaders more involved in looking out for children. . . . “We need to become strong advocates for children’s rights; they’re our future, but we need to speak for them now,” says its director, Nancy E. Warzer. To help the cause, it’s holding an all-day children’s rights seminar on campus Saturday, featuring child advocate Nancy Claxton.
