Liley Gets 11 Kills in U.S. Volleyball Loss

Westminster’s Tammy Liley had 11 kills in the U.S. national volleyball team’s 15-4, 0-15, 15-6, 15-6 final-round loss to the Commonwealth of Independent States Sunday in the Hong Kong Cup.

Liley, a former Ocean View High standout, was named to the all-tournament team. The United States finished with a 1-2 record in the four-team, round-robin tournament.
