Trading Weapons for Hostages
My heart goes out to the military families who sacrificed so much for the Persian Gulf War. How bitter they must be to realize that the policies of the President of the United States, in large degree, enabled--indeed encouraged--Iraq’s aggression against Kuwait.
President Bush agrees that the policy was a failure. The real failure was Bush.
