Monica Lacy Williams has joined Secure Horizons in Cypress as vice president of sales. She was previously vice president, sales, of C. Thomas Ruppert & Associates, a commercial and industrial real estate company, and was also general manager for John Casablanca’s Career Centers. Secure Horizons, a division of PacifiCare Health Systems, is a health care plan for Medicare recipients.
