MADERA, Pa. — Two men wearing animal costumes held up a small-town bank at gunpoint, then escaped in a van painted with teddy bears and storks.
The men walked into the County National Bank on Thursday afternoon carrying a sawed-off shotgun and an automatic handgun, state police said.
One man wore a gorilla suit and the other had a wild-boar mask, police said. They took an undetermined amount of money and fled in the painted van.
