Calabasas 34, St. Genevieve 7--After St. Genevieve (0-4) scored first, the host Coyotes (2-2) answered with 34 consecutive points.
Senior Scott Sistrunk led the Calabasas attack with 85 yards in 13 carries, including a four-yard scoring run. Junior Matt Findlay added 32 yards in six carries and also scored on a four-yard run.
In the second quarter, quarterback Todd Cignarelli (six of 17 for 87 yards) threw a 40-yard touchdown pass to junior David Wymer for a 27-point halftime lead. Mark Warshaw and Todd Wasserman scored touchdowns on runs of three and one.
St. Genevieve quarterback Alex Muller (12 of 20 for 125 yards) connected with senior Mark Leahy (nine catches for 97 yards) for a 12-yard touchdown.
