Anne Jackson has been promoted from director to vice president of human resources for Taylor-Dunn, an Anaheim manufacturer of electric-powered vehicles. Before joining Taylor-Dunn, Jackson was administration manager for Toshiba America in Irvine for nine years. Before that, she was financial services manager and personnel director for Devlin Pharmaceutical Co. in El Segundo.
