Michael Chang of Coto de Caza will face a qualifier in the first-round of the U.S. Open, the U.S. Tennis Assn. announced.
Chang, who is seeded fourth, would face the winner of the Patrick McEnroe-Richard Matuszewski match in the second round.
Debbie Graham of Fountain Valley, the only Orange County player in the women’s singles draw, will face Natalia Zvereva of Belarus in the first-round.
Marty Anderson of Yorba Linda is among the favorites in the Junior National Wheelchair Tennis Championships, which begin at 8:30 a.m. today at Felipe Tennis Center in Mission Viejo.
The finals are scheduled for Sunday.
