IN THE PINK: Campus union officials sent mock layoff notices this week to 49 Cal State Fullerton administrators, including President Milton A. Gordon, to highlight the plight of about 30 people let go there due to budget cuts. . . . Gordon, who got his pink slip Wednesday, wasn’t surprised. Others were furious. Says women’s center director Barbara McDowell: “It was offensive. I still support the union’s efforts to draw attention to their people, but we don’t need divisiveness.”
