The Washington Bullets’ No. 1 draft pick, Tom Gugliotta, who rejected an offer by the NBA team last month, said the Trieste team of Italy withdrew its offer after tiring of waiting for his decision. But Gugliotta said he is considering an offer from the Spanish league’s FC Barcelona team.
