Series a Wakeup Call to Salvage What’s Left of County Wetlands
- Share via
The two excellent articles by Marla Cone on Sunday and Monday made me hope that the community of Huntington Beach would answer the wake-up call the articles sounded. We have the jewel of Bolsa Chica right here, and if we don’t move now, it may be lost forever. The planned development of the Bolsa Chica Mesa is a tragedy in the making. Over 4,800 houses to be built on the mesa and 148 acres of wetlands is something which we must not allow to happen. It’s not too late. Let’s save it; don’t pave it.
