Iran Barkley will defend his International Boxing Federation super-middleweight title against Doug DeWitt of Yonkers, N.Y., on Oct. 16 in Beijing, China, in the main event of a program that will include three other world title fights. It is the first such card held in China, according to Bob Arum, who is producing and distributing the card for pay-per-view TV.
