Comarco Wins Contract: Pushing further into non-defense work, Comarco Inc., an engineering services company, said it won a $7.2-million contract to manage two airports in the Washington area.
The Anaheim-based company will provide services for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, which oversees National and Dulles airports, in areas such as parking fee collection, shuttle operations, valet parking and other management operations.
Comarco said it lost a bid to continue engineering support work at a U.S. Army testing center at Ft. Huachuca, Ariz.
“We don’t perceive there will be a negative impact on revenue because of other contracts we won,” said Comarco spokeswoman Eva Evans.
