Former NFL and Ohio State quarterback Art Schlichter, arrested Friday in Cincinnati and charged with passing a bad check for $3,000, bounced a $500 check at a convenience store in April, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported. Schlichter is with the Cincinnati Rockers of the Arena Football League and the team reportedly covered the $500 check.
