The 13th Hall of Fame high school football game between all-star teams from the San Gabriel Valley will be played tonight at Citrus College at 8. The game benefits the scholarship fund of the National Football Foundation’s student-athlete program. Quarterback Marc Ruiz of Baldwin Park, The Times’ San Gabriel Valley player of the year last season, will play for the East team. Rosemead quarterback Matt Koffler will play for the West.
