2 Men Found Shot to Death Behind Bar
Two men were found shot to death early Sunday in the parking lot of a Panorama City bar, Los Angeles police said.
Karl Randenberg, 43, of Sylmar and Tony Rader, 35, of Mission Hills were found dead of gunshot wounds to the chest about 1:25 a.m. in the parking lot behind the Rich Man Pour Man Bar in the 13800 block of Roscoe Boulevard, Sgt. Joseph Brazas said.
No suspects had been arrested, Brazas said.
Cher Bennett, who works at the bar, said the two men and their wives left the establishment about 11 p.m. for another bar across the street, but Randenberg and his wife returned about two hours later to pick up their car.
Bennett said that the car had been burglarized and that Randenberg sent his wife to fetch Rader, who works at Rich Man Pour Man. The two men were found dead half an hour later.
