Twin Tunes: The twins from ABC’s “Full House,†Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, are breaking into the music biz. The 6-year-old actresses who share the role of Michelle on the sitcom will sign a record deal today; they plan to begin recording a children’s album for BMG Kidz/Zoom Express and Rincon Children’s Entertainment later this month.
