After the Riots / NEWS IN BRIEF : BUSINESS ASSISTANCE : Network of MBAs Offers Services
Area MBAs have formed a network to provide free help to businesses rocked by the rioting--and then work toward long-term economic growth in the inner city.
Members of the L.A. Business Community Network will write business plans, prepare financial statements, provide financial analyses, advise businesses on loan applications and provide other services.
The network is working on the project with the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce. To request help, call the Jaycees at (213) 482-1311 and ask for the L.A. Business Community Network.
