Refunds for Fans: About 12,000 patrons will receive refunds for a concert at which Hank Williams Jr. swore at the audience, stumbled on stage and performed for only 15 minutes, a theater manager in Bonner Springs, Kan., said Monday. Fans threw beer cups and booed Williams on Saturday after the 43-year-old country singer retreated from the stage at the Sandstone Amphitheater. Theater manager Roger Klevesahl said Williams had not been paid for the concert.
