‘Tribute to Al Dubin’ at Monica 4-Plex

“A 100th Birthday Tribute to Al Dubin: The Forgotten Man or Broadway & Hollywood” will begin at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday at the Monica 4-Plex as a benefit for the American Film Institute. This celebration of the songs of the late Al Dubin will involve film clips and live performances by Bea Arthur, Bonnie Franklin, Jack Jones, Katherine Kramer and others.
Ruby Keeler will be the special guest of the evening, hosted by Charles Champlin and written and directed by Maurice Levine, founder and director of New York’s noted Lyrics and Lyricists series.
