Marjorie Robb, 103, who was the oldest remaining survivor of the sinking of the ocean liner Titanic. In April, 1912, Robb was returning from Egypt with her father, Arthur Newell, and her sister, Madeline, aboard the “unsinkable” liner when the ship smashed into an iceberg southeast of Newfoundland on its maiden voyage from Southampton, England, to New York. A nearby liner, Carpathia, picked up the sisters and about 600 survivors from lifeboats, but their father was among 1,500 people who drowned when the liner sank. On Sunday in Boston.
