Nabisco, Pepsico Alter Mexico Arrangement: Nabisco Foods Group said it has reached an agreement with Pepsico Foods International to exchange Nabisco’s 32% interest in the companies’ Grupo Gamesa Mexican joint venture for five of Grupo Gamesa’s consumer food and pet food companies. Nabisco Foods said it will obtain Grupo Gamesa’s pasta, confectionary, dry dessert mix, nuts and pet food businesses plus an undisclosed amount of cash in exchange for its minority share. The agreement returns to Nabisco two of its cracker trademarks, Ritz and Premium. Sales of the transferred businesses in 1991 totaled $85 million.
