STREET SMARTS: Thursday night is fast becoming the big night of the week in downtown Fullerton. The new Outdoor Market, where farmers sell their produce and other vendors sell food, arts and crafts, has been drawing bigger crowds each week. “The farmers are selling out, and we’re getting more crowd regulars,” says city spokeswoman Ann Mottola. . . . The market, now up to almost 60 vendors, runs from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursdays on Wilshire Avenue just east of Harbor Boulevard.
