The San Gabriel City Council has appointed two new members to the Design Review Committee and one new member to the Civil Service Commission.
Architect Alexander W. Chang and civil engineer George M. Papik were named to the Design Review Committee. Bernard D. Lowe joins the Civil Service Commission.
