Election returns--A box on Page 1 in some Wednesday editions of The Times was meant to list the two leading vote-getters in the Los Angeles County District 4 and District 5 supervisorial races. A technical error resulted in the omission of the second-place candidates’ names. Also, in late editions, a technical error resulted in erroneous vote totals in a chart on Los Angeles County returns, though percentage figures and order of candidates were correct.
