How Long Before Eric Starts Running the Team?

Did I read it right that Eric Dickerson said, “Money isn’t everything,” and will take a pay cut to join the Raiders? I guess he found out that it wasn’t really all that bad here until he went to Indianapolis.
I wonder how long it will be before he starts telling Coach Art Shell how to run the team and who he wants blocking for him and when he will ask Al Davis to renegotiate his contract.
