La Canada Flintridge : ‘Spring Recycling Days’

The City Council on Monday unanimously approved funding for “Spring Recycling Days” to provide free curbside pickup of bulky trash and recyclables this month.
On Friday and May 15, the Salvation Army and St. Vincent de Paul Society will cart away salable items such as old furniture, clothing and working or repairable appliances.
As in past years, BFI, one of the city’s two trash haulers, will pick up unusable goods such as broken furniture and appliances on Saturday and May 16.
