Batter Up: After several decades of playing musical standards from the ‘30s, ‘40s and ‘50s, KMPC (AM 710) will switch to an all-sports format on Monday. The sole remaining deejay will be the station’s morning man, Robert W. Morgan, who will be joined by sports commentator Scott St. James. The new lineup includes sports shows hosted by Jim Lampley, Joe McDonell, Jim Healy, Todd Christensen and Steve Yeager. KMPC will also carry Angels baseball, Rams football and UCLA football and basketball games, among other live sporting events.
