Santa Monica : Care for Teen-Agers to Open
The Clare Foundation will celebrate the opening of the teen-age cafe Graffiti with a party from 8 p.m. to midnight Friday for parents and from noon to 1 a.m. Saturday for young adults.
The cafe, open daily from noon to 1 a.m. is located at 1002 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica. Teens are encouraged to drop by and participate in programs away from the influences of drugs and alcohol. The free programs include music, art, poetry, theater, dance and video games supervised by staff members and peers.
