WEIGHTY ISSUE--Arkansas Gov. Bill Clinton has changed in at least one way since starting his Democratic presidential bid--he has gained about 25 pounds. . . . “The newsmagazines are already writing I’m getting as fat as a wood tick,” he noted a few weeks ago as he passed on a giant cookie offered by Illinois admirers. To help shed the excess, he is adhering to a recent pledge not to eat after 10 p.m. . . . Such restraint has not always been in evidence. One night last month, Clinton ate french fries as he campaigned at a bowling alley, then asked an aide to order him two cheeseburgers to go. At his plane, flight attendants presented Clinton with a pizza. He ate that, too.
