Clinton’s Character

So Bill Clinton now admits to having smoked marijuana once--or was it twice?--but “didn’t inhale”--and “didn’t like it.” And he’s bothered by his title of Slick Willie? Give me a break.

P.S. Why is it that the only people who smoked marijuana but never inhaled are those running for office?
