How can anyone stand up in court and with a perfectly straight face say that it takes a dozen or so strong, fine, trained, armed officers and 56 bone-breaking baton blows to subdue one unarmed suspected reckless driver lying on the ground?
Two of our neighbors sans weapons, once caught a suspected burglar and held him down until the police arrived. The burglar sustained no injuries.
Next time, don’t call the cops. Call Neighborhood Watch.
