Longshot Sir Pinder came from far back to win the $108,000 What A Pleasure Stakes for 3-year-olds by 1 1/4 lengths at Calder Race Course in Miami. Previously unbeaten Alydeed, the odds-on favorite, faded to third after leading to the stretch turn.
My Luck Runs North was second. Sir Pinder was timed in 1:45 2/5 for the 1 1/16 miles and paid $27.60.
