Unisys Settles Shareholder Suits: Unisys Corp. said it will pay at least $18 million to settle all shareholder lawsuits arising from a 1980s defense kickback scandal. The computer maker and defense contractor entered settlements in two lawsuits in Delaware Chancery Court on Friday. On Thursday, settlements involving 15 class-action suits were filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia. Unisys did not admit any wrongdoing, a spokesman said.
