Cahn’s Thumbs Up: Songwriter Sammy Cahn, who cut short a show in Palm Beach, Fla., last weekend because he had trouble “getting my lines out,” pronounced himself in good shape Wednesday after a checkup by a heart specialist. Cahn, 79, said he kept “getting weaker and weaker” during the show, “so I thought I better get checked out.”
