FULLERTON : Applicants Sought for Museum Board
Officials at the Fullerton Museum Center have extended the application deadline for anyone interested in serving on the center’s board of trustees.
Applicants now have until March 23. Once an application is submitted, members of the museum board’s nomination committee will interview candidates.
There are now two vacancies on the 21-member board. Those seeking seats do not have to be residents of Fullerton.
“We’re looking for people who represent a broad range of interests and who wish to play an active role in guiding the direction of the Fullerton Museum Center,†said Ish Tarlow, chairwoman of the nominations committee.
Applications and more information may be obtained by visiting the Fullerton Museum Center at 301 N. Pomona Ave., east of Harbor Boulevard, or by calling (714) 738-6545.
