World IN BRIEF : IRAQ : Kurds Targeted in Deadly Bomb Attack

A car bomb outside the Kurdish resistance headquarters in northern Iraq killed 12 people and wounded at least 15, a Kurdish radio station reported. A Kurdish spokesman in London, said guerrilla officials had just ended a meeting in Sulaymaniyah when the car blew up outside the building.
